* NORTH TOWER of the North Coast, the modern and metropolitan part of the island.
- - - The North Tower is a skyscraper of apartments, ranging from affordable, lower flats to a rather expensive penthouse.
* UPPER SOUTH of the South Coast, the quiet and suburban part of the island.
- - - The Upper South is a high income neighbourhood of small streets, cul de sacs and very expensive houses.
* WEST BEACH of the South Coast.
- - - West Beach is your average small-town neighbourhood. A variety of houses, families and incomes are present here.
* DRYCLIFF of the South Coast.
- - - Drycliff is a small neighbourhood near Bermuda University. Its small, affordable houses are occupied by low income famlies and college students.
* OLD BERMUDA STREETS of Old Bermua Town, the original settlement.
- - - The Old Bermuda Streets are the very first homes to be built in the Bermuda. These houses have been around since the eighteenth century and have historical value, and are therefore rather pricey.
